Let’s be honest: we don’t get to be divas just because we want to be divas – just as getting healthy and changing your life doesn’t happen overnight. You’re more likely to achieve what you want with encouragement, expert advice, and lots of support. I run regular workshops, coaching programmes and retreats for women who want to:

  • re-energise after treatment
  • avoid illness
  • lose weight
  • get fit
  • fight ageing
  • live better

I guess you already know this, but I’ll say it anyway: the holistic approach is the only one that works. That means root-and-branch change – not just what goes in your body, but what goes through your mind.
